Registration
This page explains how you register to Green Action - Lista 2010.
You register for the camp as a group. The registration system can be accessed at http://landsleir.kmspeider.no/login.asp
Before you can login for the first time, you must follow the link ”Create a new user”. After we have verified that you are a member of your scout association, we will send you login details and you can proceed with the registration
The registration system is available in English, French and Spanish.

Registration of participants
The first page you will see after logging in to the system is a list of participants. To add participants you click on the button “Add participants”.
Reduced fee for family members
There is a reduced fee from the second full paying family member (not including leaders at reduced fee). The first family member is registered as “participant” (or alternative as “Leader”) and the second or more family members are registered as “participant, from 2nd fam.member”
Leaders with reduced fee
Each group gets 1 leader at a reduced fee + 1 leader pr started 10 full paying participants. On the participants list, there is a checkbox to the right of the names registered as “Leader”. This checkbox can be used to mark those leaders that should pay a reduced fee. If you cross of to many leaders, the system will give a warning.
Registration of dietary needs and facilitation needs
can be done at the same time as registering the name, or it can be done later by clicking on the icon in front of the name. When dietary or facilitation needs has been registered a “D” and/or ”T” will appear in the column field.
Change of participant type
name or year of birth can also be done by clicking in front for the name.
Deregistration
The red to the right of the name is used to deregister a participant. Deregistration before April 1st is free. Between April 1st and June 1st the participant will have to pay half the registration fee and no fee will be refunded for deregistration after June 1st.
The names for deregistered participants will appear at the bottom of the list of participants. The registration deadline is March 1st. But it will be possible to add more participants.
Group information
The page “Group info” consist of 4 parts: contact information for the group and the leader in charge during camp, arrival,
campsite and ordering of pioneering poles.
Deadline is March 1st except for “Arrival” where the deadline is June 1st.
Arrival
We wish to know a bit about how your group arrives the campsite, which day and what transport. We also want to know if the group need parking space for cars, buses or lorries. Parking for buses and lorries are free, but there is a parking fee of NKO 100 pr car for the duration of the camp.
The first food delivery is for supper Saturday afternoon/evening. For those groups arriving Friday evening, it is possible to order food for Friday evening/Saturday morning (60 NOK pr. person).
Campsite
If your group wish to share camp area with another group, or wish to be near another group, you can register your wishes and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Remember to press “Save” before you leave this page.
Activities
There is pre-registration for three activities. Deadline June 1st.
Hike
When registering for hike, you first add a patrol name and choose a hike trail. Some of the hike trails has limited capacity and it is therefore possible to choose three hike trails. If necessary you can add a short comment for each patrol.
When you have registered the patrol names, you can add patrol members. This is done by clicking the button “Add patrol members”. You should now see a list of participants on the right side of the screen. You can now drag a name from the list of participants and drop it on to the patrol you want. Likewise you can remove a patrol member by dragging and dropping it on to the list of participants or another patrol.
Pre-tasks
Registration for the pre-tasks ”Lista Action Race” and the energy construction competition is a simple check off.
Economy
The page “Economy” shows how much your group owes in fees. It will also shows how much you have paid in fees and how much remains.
Settlement of camp fees and ordered extras, like pioneering poles, is due March 1st. The fee

Please add NKO 100 to the total camp fee to cover our bank charges for transfers from abroad. Please also mark your payment with your group name and the group number you have been given when registering for the camp
If payback is necessary, it will take place at the camp in cash or by transfer after the camp
